Charlene has been a part of BrightonandHovejobs.com and GatwickDiamondJobs.com from the beginning. She is the main point of contact for both websites, working very closely with Gary Peters. She is the drive behind the development of both websites. Charlene has experience in many industries providing skills in management, business and marketing which she brings to BrightonandHoveJobs.com with enthusiasm and passion.
Charlene is also Young Enterprise Business Advisor based at PACA (Portslade Aldridge Community Academy)

(Charlotte O’Rourke) Design and Content Manager
Charlotte is the engine behind the site, as well as the visual creative and graphic designer. She moved to Brighton and Hove in 2009 to start her career in the very well-known creative city. Focused on the jobs board Charlotte helps maintain all aspects of the sites operations, as well as, producing the design elements to market the site.
Last but not least, Charlotte was once a secret member of Run DMC!
(Georgina Angele) Partnership Manager
Georgina started with BrightonandHoveJobs.com in August 2011 after working in the third sector for Young Enterprise – the country’s largest business education charity. Her previous experience in the recruitment sector and account management, mixed with encouraging links between businesses and schools in order to inspire young people to succeed through enterprise and support them to be ‘work-ready’ is supporting making BrightonandHoveJobs and GatwickDiamondJobs.com more than a job board...but a community board for the area. Georgina focusses on community engagement activity and partnership collaborations between our Partners and other community groups.

Hannah is the newest member of our team and started with BrightonandHoveJobs in April 2013. To the team, she brings over 11 years’ experience within local retail sales and customer service. She has a great skillset, local knowledge and strong focus on creating a great customer experience. Hannah is responsible for assisting clients with their job postings on BrightonandHoveJobs.com and GatwickDiamondJobs.com; ensuring that their adverts are included to our wide range of marketing streams – from hot jobs, enhanced listings and online media streams. She also assists candidates when they contact us. Hannah focusses on spreading the word of affordable, local recruitment advertising to businesses who will benefit from using our growing family of job boards and you will often see Hannah at local job fairs, so make sure you stop and say hello!

( Kieren Medcraft ) Web Administrator
Kieren joined BrightonandHoveJobs.com and GatwickDiamondJobs.com last year and is doing an Apprenticeship with City College Brighton and Hove. Kieren’s apprenticeship is in social and Digital media and is a level 3 qualification. Kieren handles all the social media for both sites, Twitter & Facebook. Kieren also posts jobs for employers, and makes sure there are a decent amount of jobs across both sites. He works closely with employers and founding partners to deliver great customer service, and make sure all their jobs and their blogs are posted.
Last but not least, Kieren has been in Billy Elliot in the West End and don’t we just know it with his constant singing!
