Tips for getting the most views and applications in January!

With the "New Year, New Me" mentally in full swing, now is the best time to advertise your vacancies. Every year we see an increase in views and applications in January. We saw double the amount of applications and views in January 2019 compared to December 2018!

Below are easy things you can do to increase the views and applications of your vacancies. 

1. Create an advert which blows the others out the water

The unemployment rate is at a 44 year low which is brilliant for our society but it does make recruiting a little bit more challenging, and with over 3,000 jobs on LoveLocalJobs.com, you need to stand out! Candidates have such a variety of companies to choose from, it’s important you position your company as the most desirable place to work.
