Our client is recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join the head office team. You will carry out clerical duties and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and cornmunication. You will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered vvith high quality and in a timely manner.

You will need to be well organised, pay close attention to detail and like being part of a team. The role is quite varied and fast paced.

Duties include:

Daily Banking

Processing and allocating payments

Dealing with account and invoice queries

Credit Control

Data entry

Dank Reconciliations

Maintaining a good relationship with customers Filing and all adhoc duties.

Knowledge of Sage

Proven administration experience is a must

Previous experience in with in accounts/admin – lyr

Excellent time management skills, the ability to multi–task and prioritise work Attention to detail is a must

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills

Parking on site

Uniform provided

Hours: Mon–Fri 8.30am to 5pm

Holidays 28 days

Breaks: 1/2 hour lunch
