Location: Recorra, Unit 6, 30 Chartwell Road, Lancing BN15 8TU
Salary: GBP24,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: 37.5 hours. Mon–Fri. 9am to 5:30pm – or as the job requires

As a confident and well–organised Helpdesk Advisor, you'll be the shining light of customer support, providing first–class service to our clients. Whether it's tackling calls or emails, you'll be the friendly voice our customers rely on, addressing issues at source and offering prompt resolution to drive customer satisfaction.
Please note that candidates should live within a commutable distance to Lancing or be willing to relocate to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Deal with customer queries via telephone and email including inbound sales queries, client bookings and service requests
- Contacting clients who have submitted a cancellation to see what can be done to save the account
- Responding to customer enquiries, taking ownership of a query to ensure it is resolved
- Build and maintain good rapport with the clients you are working with
- Deal with simple pricing and invoicing queries
- Talk to our clients about additional services we can offer when appropriate
- Logging and maintaining leads and opportunities on CRM
About you:
- Highly autonomous and self–motivated
- Ability to change approach and personal style to appeal to your audience
- Contribute actively to maintaining a good team spirit
- Ability to look for solutions, not problems
- 1 year customer service experience (Preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Well organised, you will be able to manage your time to ensure work is completed on time
