This is your chance to join an established and welcoming sales team in Lancing where you will be instrumental in connecting customers with their dream homes.

New Homes sales Skills and Experience is essential in this role

Rewarding Compensation :

A salary up to GBP34,000, with the potential to earn up to GBP16,000 in commission and an additional GBP4,000 bonus.

OTE often exceeds GBP55k

Mileage Reimbursement :

Enjoy a mileage allowance of 45p per mile, less 20 miles per day

Role Overview:

As a New Homes Sales Consultant , you are the face of a desirable product, engaging with potential buyers and guiding them through the purchasing process.

This full–time role requires working five days a week, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with 2 days off in the week .

Double manned, busy development with 200 plots to sell.
