Description

• Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties.
• Act as the main point of contact for property owners and residents.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant property regulations and legislations.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs in a timely manner.
• Manage and resolve any property–related disputes or complaints.
• Regularly report on property performance and financials.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are maintained.
• Manage property budgets and ensure cost efficiency.

A successful Block Property Manager should have:
