Responsibilities for a Sales Executive

  • Engage with prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions
  • Drive business growth through effective sales strategies
  • Deliver excellent customer service, resolving queries and issues efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Participate in training and development programmes
  • Comply with all company policies and regulatory guidelines

Profile

A successful Sales Executive should have:

  • Proven abilities in customer service and sales within the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and relationship–building skills
  • A customer–focused approach, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs

  • Willingness to participate in training and development programmes

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary of 28,000– 30,000 per annum + commission potentially earning 50,000/60,000 per annum
