Human Resources Assistant
The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Human Resources Assistant to support the HR team in this large Catholic Comprehensive Secondary School which has an excellent reputation and ‘good’ Ofsted rating.
This role would suit a motivated individual, with strong administration skills, looking to further develop their experience in HR. The successful candidate will contribute to the continuing improvement of an effective and efficient HR service to our school.
This is a part time role working 30 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time only plus 5 days to be worked in the holidays). The hours of work will be 8am to 4pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break. For the right candidate there may be some flexibility regarding working days and hours.
