We are recruiting for a market leading firm within the Financial Services Sector in the South East looking for a 1st Line Support Helpdesk Technician to join their expanding IT team.

The Opportunity:

My client currently has a new opportunity for a 1st Line IT Support Analyst to join their support team based in Horsham, West Sussex. They are looking for an individual who is prepared to go the extra mile, providing the best possible support, learn and train with the view to progress in the future.
Joining an established IT team and providing 1st Line Helpdesk Support and escalation calls as well as maintaining the in house computer systems. With in house training provided this is a great opportunity if you have 1st Line Support experience, looking to progress within your IT career.

What's needed for me to be considered?
* Experience in customer support
* Ability to explain IT issues to non IT users
* Previous 1st line experience
* Experience with Field or Customer Facing Support
