We are recruiting for a Valeting Area Manager, to be covering Brighton and Eastbourne to join our driven and well-established valeting company.

The role will require you to ensure that all sites within your area operate in a profitable and efficient manner, in addition, you will also be responsible for manage training and developing the staff under your direct supervision which will include motivating and leading them effectively whilst on site.

• PAYE, full-time, permanent role.

• Starting salary: £27,500 per annum.

• Company supplied car/iPad.

• 20 Days Annual Leave.

Candidate Requirements:

• Full Clean Driving Licence.

• Professional valeting experience and good knowledge of the high-end products and treatments. 

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Capable with IT, including Apple devices.

• Confident to be customer facing.

• Recruitment.

• Willing to travel.

As a person, you will be a team player who is adaptable and tenacious with the resilience required to achieve the best results for the sites in your area, taking responsibility for your own actions whilst also being driven by personal and shared success.

This is not for the faint hearted; the role does need a certain level of commitment, a “get stuck in” approach, and an appetite to succeed will certainly serve you well. But in return you will be personally mentored through our Management Training Programme learning how to manage a team, recruit staff and develop client relationships.
