Job Title: Supervisor 

Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days. Site is open 9:00am to 9:00pm, 7 days a week. Shift patterns will be varied across all opening hours.

Salary: £20k per annum plus bonus scheme.

The Position

Tanning Salon Supervisors are responsible for meeting, greeting and providing customers with an exceptional level of service. You will be on hand to help by answering questions, signing new customers to the business and demonstrating all products.

Achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team. Ensuring product knowledge is extensively demonstrated. Responsible for motivating and training other team members.
