Red Flag Recruitment are seeking highly motivated Customer Insurance Representatives to join a friendly call center based in Portslade by Sea.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and providing insurance sales support with passion to work with people.

Candidates should be able to build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile when at work.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 10.00am-6.00pm

Pay: Basic of £19,500/annum + Uncapped commission + Staff incentives

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Experience of 1-5 Years within Customer Service/Sales is preferred
  • Possess the ability to deal with high call volumes and managing pressure with ease
  • Excellent multi-tasking
  • Ability to meet set KPI’s and sales targets
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
  • Retail experience desirable
  • Ability to learn quickly
