Red Flag Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing Representatives to contribute in generating business leads for our client’s company based in the heart of Brighton.

As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing business leads over the phone and maintaining good client relationships.

This is a Monday to Friday role (No Weekends)

Flexible hours: 8.00am-3.30pm/3.30pm-11.00pm

Rate of pay is £8.21/hr. Weekly pay + Commission

Responsibilities of a Telemarketing Executive:

  • Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them.
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals in accordance with goals.
  • Contact existing businesses and generating and qualifying leads using scripts
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Keep records of calls and leads

Requirements of a Telemarketing Executive:

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  •  Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
