Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 (Monday to Friday)

SHC is a Health Social Care organisation going through a period of change, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor. We are in the process of changing the way that HR works and its service delivery model so this is a great time to join the organisation.

- At least 2 years' experience in a HR Advisory role;
- An excellent understanding of the employee life cycle, and in particular people management practices in line with employment law;
- Energy and passion to deliver excellent HR advice;
- Commitment and the ability to work in a challenging environment.
Experience of working in the Health & Social Care sector is desirable although not essential as development and coaching will be provided for the successful candidate.
The successful candidate should have their own transport and will be required to travel around the Homes which are all based in West and East Sussex.
