The Job Role
- Head Chef within a superb Branded Restaurant
- A fast paced kitchen within a recently refurbished property
- A 7 day operation, working 5 days out of 7
- A Head Chef leading a brigade of 10 - 12 chefs + GA’s
The Requirements
- A strong Head Chef with an exceptional hotel, gastro pub and/or restaurant background
- A passionate foodie who also has the ability to produce a healthy GP
- A self-starter who relishes staff development
- A sous chef who has Experience within fast paced kitchen environments
