JOB- Trainee Customer Services Engineer

LOCATION- East Sussex

SALARY- £18,000-£22,000 (dependent on experience)

TERM- Permanent

My client are within the manufacturing industry and they are looking for a Trainee Customer Services Engineer, on a permanent basis, in the East Sussex area.

The Trainee Customer Services Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

• HNC /HND or something similar within Engineering
• From an engineering or manufacturing background
• Having a knowledge of pumps is desirable but not essential
• Be able to work well individually as well as part of a team
• Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Be keen to develop with a company long term

The Trainee Customer Services Engineer role will involve:

• Responding to customer requests
• Dealing with quotations, stock enquiries and pricing enquiries
• Processing sales orders
• Entering BOM’s
• Liaising with distributors, customers to resolve technical issues
