Conference & Banqueting Waiters/Waitresses at The Grand Hotel
We are currently recruiting for Conference & Banqueting Waiters/Waitresses to join our highly successful team in our Grand Hotel, Brighton.

Forming part of our Conference & Events team and working closely with the Event Managers, you will primarily be responsible for preparing meeting rooms, tea & coffee service, lunches & dinners.
You will be a key member of a large team of people, reporting directly to an Event Manager to ensure that the team are delivering a fantastic level of service to our guests and maximising all revenue opportunities where possible and driving standards forwards.
The ideal applicant will have worked within a similar hotel environment at 4* or above, and will have had previous experience in a restaurant, bar or events environment. You will need to have an eye for detail & be organised. This role is predominately shift based, therefore flexibility is required.
