Office Business Co-Ordinator required to support the sales and purchasing team in this super IT solutions company based in Eastbourne. Administration, purchase orders, sales co-ordination and a host of other office admin support responsibilities will be included in this role.

Sales Office Co-Ordinator role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Creating quotes and purchase orders for the Sales Team

* Providing administrative support to the Sales Team when necessary

* Maintaining the supplier database

* Liaising with distributors and vendors

* Attending training sessions, exhibitions and conferences as required

* Competently arranging delivery of goods

The successful person will be able to demonstrate the following:

* A willingness to learn and co-operate as part of a team

* Confidence working in a busy environment

* An excellent telephone manner, along with friendly customer service skills

* Attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills

* A proactive, logical approach to problem solving coupled with common sense

* Good communication, literacy and organisational skills

* A willingness to work in the IT and Technology industry

This role is office-based, and the hours of work are Monday - Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm with a 1-hour break for lunch.

Salary: £19-21k, based on experience.
