We are looking for qualified QCF/Apprenticeship trainer/assessors in Health and Social Care able to assess up to Level 5 to work in Brighton, Eastbourne, Worthing, Gatwick, M23 corridor up to the M25 and surrounding areas.

Ideally you will have vocational competence backed up with a management qualification in Health and Social Care. You should have a PTLLS qualification and be capable of delivering training sessions as well as coaching 1 to 1. You should also be familiar with functional skills delivery in maths and English.

Working from home you will be responsible for an agreed caseload of learners within the territory you wish to work.

You will be employed initially on a freelance basis, which could lead to permanent employment for the right candidate. Initial hourly rate will be up to £18 depending on experience and competency rising to £20 after a probation period.

You will have a comprehensive induction and monthly supervisions with your regional team leader to help you with any issues and make sure you are on track to meet the achievable standards of a competent training organisation.
