Would you like to work with vulnerable adults within social care settings in and around the Hove area?

Have you got a current a year`s experience working within social care?

We are currently recruiting experienced support/care workers to pick up adhoc/ongoing work located in Hove.

You will be transporting service users from the hospital to the comfort of their homes. You will be responsible for their well-being and ensuring that they settle into their homes comfortably.

Ideal candidate:

We are looking for passionate support workers who have at least one year`s current experience working with vulnerable adults or six months experience alongside a relevant health qualification and a valid Driver`s License.

You will need to be able to provide a minimum of 2 references covering 2 years and provide all right to work and ID documents.
