Warranty / Costing Administrator - Motor Trade Applicants Only
Our client, a commercial vehicle dealer in the BN postcode area of West Sussex is actively looking to recruit an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to join their busy team.
Your main duties will include the administration of all agreed warranty claims and comply with manufacturer warranty submission times without exception. Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis. Regularly check manufacturer warranty bulletins for any new developments and promote best practice across the division as well as all other Warranty Admin roles. You will also be ensuring that invoices/warranty and R&M claims are processed daily, accurately and in line with Company and the manufacturer’s policies and procedures
What our client is looking for:
- You must have previous experience of working as a Warranty Administrator within a main dealer environment.
- You need to have excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- You must respond well to challenging situations.
- Previous experience of Manufacturers warranty systems desirable
Our client will ensure that the right candidate receives full main dealer training and the support they need to grow within the company.
