Role: Engineering Trainee / Junior Technical Manager – 4 year program

Location: Crawley AREA

Salary: Starting on an initial salary of £22,000 to £25,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday 12:30pm till 10:00pm

A well-established manufacturing company who have around 20 factories in the UK, all fully automated, and over 1,000 staff, are looking for someone to join them on this 4 year program in becoming a Technical Manager.

It is a rare opportunity and will combine full-time work as well as studying a Foundation Degree at University, distance learning mostly, which is specifically related to their industry and the position in question. All this of course will be paid for by the company.

·We need someone who is career motivated, a willingness to learn and passion to succeed.

·We will require someone who has a good level of education behind them, either A Levels or a Degree.

·Degree would be preferred and in an Engineering or Technical Discipline.

·Someone who has a hands on attitude and enjoys the practical work, including getting their hands dirty.

·Driving licence and own vehicle.
