Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update website content to improve visitor experience
  • Maintain and develop e-commerce content to increase online customer acquisition, driving traffic through the use of social media, email marketing campaigns and the website
  • Provide day to day management of the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube and additional platforms
  • Assist with SMM and wider company marketing campaigns
  • Assist and coordinate email marketing campaigns using MailChimp
  • Assist and coordinate campaigns for customer loyalty schemes
  • Support and respond to Harvey’s marketing enquiries
  • Liaise with external companies to provide marketing materials including sales material
  • Present ideas, research and analytics for marketing meetings
  • Work closely with the Harvey’s Marketing Executive, Retail Manager, and Sales and Marketing Manager to create and implement new ideas

Skills range:

  • Excellent and quality assured copywriting, with an eye for detail in copy and print work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, an understanding or previous use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • A basic understanding of Website Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Creative and proficient phone photography/video skills for blogs, and image heavy social platforms such as Instagram
  • Ability to work quickly to deadlines
  • Creative and skilled in generating ideas for content; resourceful and proactive, utilising a range of approaches to ensure a consistent release of high-quality content
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points and convert ideas to practical strategies to present in meetings
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation
  • Analytical, organisational, project management and time-management skills
  • A good eye for digital design
  • Passion, interest or experience in the brewing or drinks industry, with knowledge of trends, news, and events
  • Flexible and adaptable as the role grows and changes

A portfolio or presentation of work will be required at interview stage.

NB This is an apprentice position only and you will leave the business once you have completed your training.
