Customer Support Co-ordinator
Our established and very professional client is seeking to recruit a Support Coordinator on a 6-month contract initially which could turn permanent.
The role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to assist with coordinating and administrating both the membership and information management services, and wider activities to support teams across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
* Providing efficient and integrated administration services
* Support the team to ensure a 'customer orientated’ approach to the administration of information management and technology resources
* Supporting the continuous improvement of how the office collects, manages and disseminates information both in terms of office procedures / processes and client management
* Provide general office administration support by receiving and allocating calls, deliveries and mail in liaison with other coordinators as part of the admin rota
* Respond to requests and other external enquiries in a professional manner
* To carry out any other ad-hoc duties
* Proactively support the account managers in relation to recruitment and retention activities
* Supporting the office’s day to day IT function and technology resources and liaising with outsourced IT support
* To work flexibly, as required, to support the wider team and / or office in support of the company
* Provide feedback, where appropriate, to help continually improve services.

* Good written and verbal communication
* Good IT skills and awareness
* Good administration and customer services skills
* Good time management skills
* Effective planning and organisational abilities
* Confident manner and be able to liaise with colleagues and work with individuals at all levels
