Requirements of a Telesales Professional:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent active listening and communication skills
- Available to work Monday to Friday 10.00am to 6.00pm
- Experience in a call center/customer service - Sales experience is an asset
- Confidence, resilience and an outgoing personality
- Ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
