Working Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 7am and 6pm
Manpower are currently recruiting for GNA Customer Care Professionals on behalf of our client, American Express. You will be working 7 hours a day between 7am – 6pm, Monday to Friday. You will be offered comprehensive training. This is a temporary role for six months with the possibility to continue ongoing.
This role involves the processing of new credit card applications which customers submitted to American Express. The role is divided into a customer servicing and analyst role; supporting customers through the application process as well as processing and analysing the applications.
Responsibilities for the Global New Accounts role include:
· Working in a flexible work environment
· Responsibility for upholding the Data Protection and Privacy Act for Customers
· Responsible for updating systems accurately and efficiently
· Delivering excellent customer service over the phone
· Processing administrative tasks for pending applications
· There may be the opportunity to expand your knowledge and also support different markets
Please note that no formal customer training or financial background is needed for this role, as we offer a comprehensive training as part of your on-boarding.
Required skills:
· Fluent in English and Italian
· High degree of accuracy and ability to multitask effectively
· Proven ability to deliver a high productivity and quality work under minimum supervision
· Ability to listen and connect to customers during outbound call conversations
· Advanced computer / keyboarding skills – Microsoft Office suite knowledge an advantage
