Job Details
Hero IT are looking for an IT Support and Business Technology apprentice to join their Brighton based team providing world class support services to small and medium businesses. You will need to have a passion for technology, business, and service as well as the desire to learn and succeed.
In addition to IT this role will also
- Focus on making recommendations for computers and other hardware/services
- The successful candidate will liaise directly with customers on the phone providing sales quotes and also with suppliers managing the procurement process from start to finish
- The role will also involve writing proposals for businesses
Hero IT use and train on a wide range of business technology. Apprentices have a varied role and will gain diverse experience in technology used by small and medium businesses.
Hero IT use and promote cloud integration, automation, and cutting edge technology internally and externally. Apprentices will be trained and gain an understanding on the latest business technology trends.
Hero IT hire and train the best technicians. You should become an invaluable member of the team.

Greater Brighton Metropolitan College (MET) was created from the merger of City College Brighton and Northbrook College Sussex. It is the college for our City and our region and draws on 150 years of heritage, history and experience.
