The Company:

Our client, a leading supplier of dental equipment who prides themselves on their professional customer service is currently looking to recruit a Client Services Administrator. With a respectable name within the industry, this business is growing year upon year, and therefore have an opening for a hard-working, dedicated individual who enjoys working within a fast-pace environment.

What will your working week be like?

This position plays a pivotal role in providing assistance to both new and existing customers/clients, as well as organising and scheduling engineers work load/activity and arranging installation of supplies.

  • Produce and amend Invoices as required.
  • Produce and amend Quotations as required.
  • Updating the CRM system with customer details.
  • Assist the Customer Service Team with Engineering dispatch when needed.
  • Ensure Engineering availability for Projects through thorough preparation with the Project Managers.
  • Effectively communicate with the Engineering and Customer Services teams.
  • Ensure payments are made by each client in the correct timescale.
  • Manage the company CRM system keeping relevant information up to date.
  • Liaise directly with the Warehouse team to ensure parts and kits are readily available and dispatched to sites for Engineering.

Who will suit this role?

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience working within an office-based administration role and will have the ability to learn new processes and tasks with ease. You should possess the following skills and attributes;

  • Due to the location of the client you will need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
  • IT Literate with knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • The ability to update spreadsheets accurately within MS Excel
  • The ability to answer the telephone in a professional and friendly manner
  • Confidence and capability of managing your daily workload
  • Ability to identify potential problems and quickly resolve these
  • Passionate, friendly and professional personality
  • A can-do attitude is essential
  • The ability to improve processes
