Fantastic administrative role available in central Crawley, supporting a very fun and friendly team. This role will undertaking the administrative duties within the Sales team to ensure smooth running and continuous success with customers and clients.

This role is due to commence as soon as possible, although notice periods may well be taken into account.. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. There will be a holiday entitlement of 28 days (including bank holidays) and there is extensive free parking on site.

Duties involved in the role will be as follows:

- First point of contact for customers via phone - answering general queries and providing assistance where possible
- Managing general sales inbox - forwarding to relevant contact or actioning as required
- Creating literature packs to be sent to customers following Sales action
- Calculating quotations to customer specification and sending within timeframes
- Process purchase orders on company database once job is raised
- Liaising with internal departments regarding progress of customer job & updating customers accordingly
- Providing full administrative support to external Sales Executives whilst out on the road

We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, eager to learn and has very strong customer service - which is what our client is famous for! Office experience is essential, as well as an aptitude for picking up technical knowledge. An organised and methodical approach is essential for this role
