Description
The key responsibilities of this role would be:
- Taking incoming calls from customers
- Resolving simple and complex queries
- Referring phone calls to other departments
- Demonstrating a high level of customer service
Profile
The Successful Call Centre Agent will have:
- Good communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Good microsoft office skills
- Previous call centre experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Good attention to detail
- Strong resilience
- The willingness to learn and adapt to challenges
