This Crawley company based in the Financial Services sector are looking for a Call Centre Agent to join their growing department and support the Pensions Administrator team.

Client Details

The Client is a Market leading company in the Financial Services and solutions sector and they are a market leader in many of their industries. They employ over 5000 people in a large scale operation.

Description

The key responsibilities of this role would be:

  • Taking incoming calls from customers
  • Resolving simple and complex queries
  • Referring phone calls to other departments
  • Demonstrating a high level of customer service

Profile

The Successful Call Centre Agent will have:

  • Good communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Good microsoft office skills
  • Previous call centre experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong resilience
  • The willingness to learn and adapt to challenges
