Based at Riverside House the successful candidate will be part of an outreach team working to take on a caseload of homeless individuals and guide them on to a pathway of positive outcomes.
Our Supported Letting Worker will work alongside specialist support and accommodation services, to focus on sustainable outcomes for individuals with low to medium support needs with a history of rough sleeping. The role will support individuals in a range of areas including tenancy sustainment, life skills and access to community groups and support.
This worker will predominantly provide a local tenancy sustainment service for advice, focusing on homelessness prevention and relief for those who have previously rough slept. Working in partnership with homelessness prevention services such as local council officers and other voluntary organisations.
Applicants must have an empathy with our client group and the ability to work within the ethos of Crawley Open House. Previous experience of working with this client group would be advantageous.
