The Human Resources Department at East Sussex College provides a high quality, professional HR service to staff and managers across all sites .
We are looking for a HR Assistant to join a friendly team on our central Eastbourne campus to provide key support in a range of HR activities relating to the recruitment and selection processes and pay and conditions of service for staff across the College Group.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be highly organised. The ability to prioritise work tasks is vital as this is an extremely busy and varied customer-facing role. Strong IT skills, an ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures, as well as excellent attention to detail are also all essential for this role.
Previous experience within HR is desirable. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual keen to develop a career within HR.
