2nd Line IT Support Engineer - Crawley, West Sussex

A successful and growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) is looking to add a new 2nd Line IT Support Analyst to its team based in Crawley.

Working as part of a friendly and supportive team you will be responsible for supporting a range of clients and helping to manage and troubleshoot their IT environments. The role will give you exposure to supporting Windows Server, Windows 10, Virtualisation (VMware / Hyper-V, networking, Exchange and more! Most of the support work will be done remotely however 'very' occasional visits to London based clients may be required.

This 2nd Line IT Support Engineer role is paying a starting salary of up to £30,000 based on experience.

To be considered suitable you will need to have previously worked at a 2nd line IT support level, ideally as a Desktop Support, IT Support Analyst or IT Technician and have a range of skills. This client is 'not' looking for an expert in everything but someone who can offer skills in some of the following:
- Microsoft Office
- Windows OS / Server
- MS Exchange
- Active Directory
- Networking

Any experience in virtualisation would be advantageous however training can be provided. In addition you will need to have excellent customer service skills and a passion for building a career within IT.
