  • 14 inpatient and outpatient locations, serving a total community of 1.3 million people

The Chailey Rehabilitation and Transition Service (CRTS) are currently looking for dynamic Children's Nurses (RN Child) to join our well-established and friendly team.

We are a purpose-built inpatients unit for children and young adults from birth to 25 years old with acquired brain injuries and/or complex health needs. We are a multidisciplinary team of Nurses, Therapists and medical staff providing 24 hour holistic care to our patients and their families.

Our work is multi-skilled; we provide rehabilitation for patients following specific injuries, but also transition for children and their families who require a step down service between hospital and home. We tailor our care to each service user individually depending on their needs and health requirements.

We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced Nurses with an interest in working with children with additional needs. In return we offer Practice Development Nurses to teach and support you, a wide variety of learning and development opportunities including external study, and a supportive and encouraging work environment.

Chailey Clinical Services are easily accessible by car, yet surrounded by beautiful Sussex countryside. We offer free parking on site, along with a subsidised café and fully appointed staff room. We welcome informal visits too, so you can find out more about our unique service ahead of applying.

This post may close earlier than the published closing date if sufficient applications are received.
