Sales Administrator – Installations

Based in Crawley, West Sussex

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Successful Garage Door distribution and installation company seeks a full-time experienced Administrator / Coordinator for a challenging hands on role. This is a great opportunity to play a key part in the installations team and responsible for planning and scheduling of Garage Door installations.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager and working alongside the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning and running the garage door installations diary and ensuring the garage doors are despatched on time to meet the installation date. You will be the first point of call for our fitters and customers and liaise between the two.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Planning and Diary Management for Garage Door Fitters
  • Ensure the Fitters have submitted their weekly paperwork to the Office Coordinator
  • Raise Fitter’s Paperwork
  • Process Orders
  • Responsible for Despatching and Invoicing Fitting Jobs
  • First point of call for Fitters and Customers
  • Assist the Sales Manager with other duties when required

We supply garage doors to major property developers, builders’ merchants and specialist garage door installers.  We deliver across the South East and London and provide a full fitting service in selected areas.
