Trainee Quantity Surveyor – Brighton – Excellent Career Progression
Our client, an award winning construction contractor are currently recruiting for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor due to recent project wins. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join a company known for their excellent training schemes & career development.
Location:
Brighton, Sussex
Remuneration:
£18,000 - £25,000 per annum plus benefits
The client will provide required training & support to carry out the following duties for Trainee/Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
* Measure from drawings & assist in preparing bids for tender submission.
* Check fortnightly site labour cost against labour target system.
* Price variations & send costs to client.
* Prepare monthly/fortnightly valuations & send to clients.
* Site visits & meetings with clients.
