Call Centre Insurance Executives

Red Flag Recruitment are looking for highly motivated Insurance Executives to join a busy office based in Portslade by Sea.
Working Days: Monday-Friday (No weekends required)
Salary: £10.00/hr (£19,500/annum) + Uncapped commission structure
Previous experience within a sales/call center role is preferred.
Your role as an Insurance Executive:
- Sell Insurance/warranty plans professionally and effectively to new/existing customers.
- Contact new/existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Handle customer queries and close sales over the phone
- Ensure company’s compliance policy is adhered to at all times
The job description will require to:
- Set up and handle customer warranty/insurance plans
- Achieve personal and team targets in line with business plan.
- Correspond and maintain good relations and contact with customers and team members.
- Strong sales skills, and ability to focus on KPIs and targets.
- A strong personal commitment to the good name of the Company and quality service within a team environment.
- High personal standards of personal presentation, organisation, business ethics, quality sales & service
- Proven ability in organising workload under pressure experience
- Ability to work within a team environment
