New Sales/BDM Executive

ESL are looking to recruit a sales executive to join the in-house sales team, supporting our clients on new and exciting projects. The success of ESL and its planned growth is based on building our teams with the right people, focused on striving for the best whilst having fun along the way. Ideally you will have experience in soft landscaping, however we will like to hear from you if you have experience in a relative field which can be transferred to landscaping.

 The successful candidate will be remotely based covering both telesales / lead generation and face-to-face selling.

As a sales executive, you'll need to:

  • Build good working relationships
  • Understand the needs of our customers
  • Research the market and related products
  • Present the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face and over the telephone
  • Arrange and attend meetings
  • Call into sites without appointment
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Work towards KPI
  • Prioritise you diary
  • Have excellent written and spoken English
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Manage and update our CRM system (specific training will be provided)

You will have the support of a dedicated sales estimating team based at head office, an experienced operational team regionally located and a senior management team providing structured input. You will report directly to the Director of Sales and Business Development.

You will be furnished with all of the tools to make the role a success, access to a large database of existing clients, laptop, phone, vehicle, travel costs and training.

The remuneration will be based on experience within £20,000.00 to £25,000.00 per annum with uncapped commission (OTE adding an additional £24,000.00 per annum).

A full UK driving license is required for the role.
