Drinks Dispense Service Technician

Location: Brighton, East Sussex
Salary: £21,361.80 per annum Inclusive of pensionable salary, and an expected £2,500 p.a. discretionary incentive paid quarterly (subject to Company performance against targets).
Contract: Full time, Permanent, Field based
Hours of Work: 43 hours per week Monday to Friday

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Smart Dispense Quality Service Team as a Drinks Dispense Service Technician

Right now we are looking for some outstanding Smart Dispense Customer Service team members to join our expanding team.

The Role – Drinks Dispense Service Technician

As part of our one of our regional teams you will be responsible for giving our Smart Dispense customers the very best customer service experiences every time. This will involve visiting a wide range of licensed premises every four weeks carrying out a detailed technical and quality health check of the Smart Dispense system ensuring the continued great quality of dispense of the Heineken portfolio. By visiting these premises on a regular basis it will allow you the opportunity to help build the customer's business by ensuring the continued great quality of dispense of the Heineken portfolio. With an eye for detail you will become our customer's draught beer & cider quality champion.

As a Drinks Dispense Service Technician, you can also be expected to partake in the following duties:

  • Undertaking smart dispense cleans in licensed trade outlets.
  • Testing the quality of the product once cleaning has been completed.
  • To provide specialist technical expertise and advice with regards to Smart dispense to Heineken UK customers.
  • To be a specialist business partner to Heineken by providing quality technical service at all times.
  • Act as an ambassador for Innserve in all dealings with customers and the general public.
  • At all times carry out all operations to Company approved Health and Safety Standards and abide by Health and Safety at Work Act.

You must also ensure that Customer Service Standards are exceeded at all times. This includes:

  • Quality of work carried out to the customers satisfaction;
  • Meeting the agreed response time;
  • Meeting access times;
  • Ensuring personal presentation is excellent at all times.
  • Follow reporting procedure to report all agreed follow-up-action agreed with the customer.

You don't have to have any previous technical experience in our industry or similar although if you do this will help in your development. We can, and will develop these practical skills with you. It's your customer service skills, determination to succeed and deliver a great customer experience with a positive can do attitude that we want.
