An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to play a key role providing comprehensive administrative support to our multidisciplinary team.

Communities of Practice are multidisciplinary teams formed of Community Nursing and Proactive Care. Communities of Practice are the core element of a wider system responsible for coordinating care delivery to patients on the caseload. Care is organised around individuals' identified needs through collaborative working by service providers.

The Administrator is the main access point for communication within the team, and needs to be able to work with minimal supervision to keep deadlines whilst maintaining a flexible approach.

We are looking for an experienced, adaptable Administrator with excellent communication and organisational skills, able to use a variety of IT software packages.

If you are patient-centred, have excellent communication skills, a "can do" attitude and a desire to be the best then this is the job for you.

In return we can offer you:
  • Flexible working patterns
  • Supportive learning environment
  • Dedicated career pathways and great opportunities for continuing professional development
  • Commitment to and support for your wellbeing
  • NHS Pension Scheme
  • NHS discount and salary sacrifice schemes, including childcare vouchers

If you are passionate about making a difference and want to contribute to an organisation which is continuously striving to achieve excellence then we would love to hear from you.
