Associ8solutions are currently supporting a well-established, forward thinking and award-winning site based in Sussex in the search for a Workshop Manager to join their team, this is a new position within the organisation and a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a role where they can progress. This will be a Monday – Friday role, 39hours per week.

You will be reporting into the Engineering Manager and have 16 direct reports, 3 of which will be Engineering Supervisors. There will be around 100 buses.

Accountability for Workshop Manager;

·Effective supervision of a fully skilled team of engineers

·Make sure Heath and Safety policies are followed

·Manage the running of the main workshop and the MOT preparation area

·Maintenance

·Repairs

·Ensure maximum availability of vehicles and reducing mechanical lost mileage to the absolute minimum.
