Graduate Sales Engineer required for a manufacturing company based in the Shoreham-by-Sea area. My client are a well established manufacturer of electro-mechanical components looking for a Graduate Sales Engineer to join their growing team. They specialise in the Manufacturing and Distribution of industrial products and focus mainly on supplying and selling to distributors.

The ideal candidate will be Degree qualified in an Engineering or Manufacturing orientated subject, with excellent communication skills.

Graduate Sales Engineer Position Overview

* Working mainly internally in an office environment, conducting customer telephone calls and dealing with customer requests and enquiries

* Assistant the repairs team with refurbishments and assembly of products

* Opportunities to complete customer visits to strengthen existing customer relationships and new customer development

* Working closely within a Sales Team, delivering excellent results and maintaining business

* Using a good knowledge of materials and engineering processes to generate Account Management and New Business

* Selling to Distributors across the UK in the Engineering and Manufacturing markets

Graduate Sales Engineer Position Requirements

* Within a commutable distance to the Shoreham-by-Sea area

* Graduate of an Engineering or Manufacturing orientated degree

* Experience within an Engineering / manufacturing environment desirable but not essential

* Excellent knowledge of materials and engineering processes

* Personable and dedicated attitude

* Excellent telephone manner

* Ability to communicate within a team and customers

Graduate Sales Engineer Position Remuneration

* Salary £19,000 - £22,000, dependent upon experience

* Working hours Monday to Friday, 40 hour working week

* 28 Days Holiday, including bank holiday

* Pension
