Administrator (Care Home)
Location: Rapkyns Care Centre, Broadbridge Heath, Horsham
Salary: £9.05 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week

SHC are recruiting for an Administrator to join the team at Rapkyns Care Centre that provides support for 41 adults with neurological and acquired brain injury conditions.
As the Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls to the home
- Respond to enquiries via phone and email
- Arrange new staff to attend inductions
- Assist Registered Manager with weekly reports
- Maintaining annual leave records and actioning payroll queries
- Liaise with service providers, doctors, social workers and regional managers
To be considered for this role, you will need experience in:
- Microsoft Office packages
- Previous experience in administration
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
