Based at the Worthing, Broadwater Campus (although will initially be working at the Liverpool Gardens, Worthing Campus)
We are seeking to appoint a Work Experience Sales and Promotion Operator to support the Colleges monthly Work Experience (WEX) placement targets in respect of all college curriculum areas by adopting a range of communication methods including, but not exclusively, website or telephone enquiries, online networking and marketing activities.
You will be providing a day to day system maintenance service on the employer CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system ensuring records are accurate and updated on a timely basis and regularly liaising with the college’s WEX Coordinator team in order to provide an efficient and effective WEX service to both college students and employer clients.
You will require a good level of education to at least level 2 (5 GCSEs) or level 3 (A-levels) with significant previous customer service experience preferably within a contact centre environment. You will require the ability to confidentially work on your own initiative and should have excellent IT skills with the ability to interrogate and update CRM databases. You also need excellent communication and telephone skills and have good organisational and time management skills.
