£26,459 per annum, plus Crawley Weighting allowance £610 per annum

Fixed term - 2 years                  

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

We are looking to expand our team of coaches working on the Chichester College Group and Sussex Learning Network’s Collaborative Outreach Project (SLN:COP). The project helps design activities to support young people and adults with progression to Higher Education (HE), Higher Apprenticeships or professional courses.

You will strengthen the links between higher education, further education, schools and training providers to help raise the aspirations and attainments of young people and adults by delivering a programme of progressive outreach activities from year 6 to year 13 and undergraduate transition support.

You will have Level 2 literacy and numeracy, some experience of delivering FE/HE outreach and schools liaison to schools, coaching and mentoring skills and proven communication and interpersonal skills

The role will be split across our Crawley and Brinsbury sites with occasional evening work.
