Our client is a driven organisation that recognise that their people are the foundation for all that they do. Their growing Contact Centre supports external clients with a wide range of service enquiries in a multi-channel environment.
About the role:
These positions work in their Contact Centre making outbound calls to existing and potential customers who have expressed a interest in the service via quality lead sources.
To be successful you will need:
- Previous experience in a quality telesales role
- Exceptional telephone communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong service focus with an understanding that great service sells!
- High levels of discretion, confidentiality and integrity
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and KPI's
- To be self-motivated with a strong goal orientation
- To work as part of an engaged, dynamic team to achieve goals
- Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
