Are you are an experienced and hard-working administrator with computer literacy in excel, Microsoft and SystmOne? We are looking for an individual with excellent administrative and communication skills to work in our busy Referral Management Hub in Brighton and Hove

The post-holder will primarily support the clinical staff with the completion of triage information, gathering further information as required. Use of excel spread sheets and registering patients on SystmOne You will also support in taking telephone calls from GPs, patients and other outside organisations that are wanting to make a referral. This is a busy and demanding environment and you will need to be able to deal with conflicting demands.

The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys working in a team, can demonstrate excellent organisational skills and is able to work under their own initiative as directed. You will need to be able to work under pressure, follow instructions and complete tasks as scheduled.
