We support fantastic service users with first class care. Green Cross is a rapidly growing healthcare company that provides fantastic bespoke service to clients across Sussex. We are currently recruiting staff who have at least 6 months experience to provide care to our clients such as: Nursing Homes, Residential Homes, Care Homes, Learning Disability Homes etc. Your own transport is preferred, or transport can be provided. 


Your key responsibilities will include:

1.Providing excellent care and support to the residents 

2.Assisting with meals and daily activities 

3.Engaging in day to day activities and providing companionship 

4.Providing support to the family members and visitors 

5.Working closely with other team members and management team 

Providing/assisting with personal care ie washing and dressing, teeth brushing, changing continence pads and catheter pads

Ideally you will have a minimum NVQ/ SVQ level 2 and/ or experience in working as a Healthcare Assistant/ Support Worker and most importantly that you are a truly compassionate and caring person, a true team player with a “Can Do” attitude.
