Our client in Eastbourne has a vacancy for a Service Advisor

Basic salary: £21,000 to £25,000 based on experience, plus a bonus scheme
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 6pm and Saturdays 8am - 1pm on a rota basis of 1 in 3.

Service Advisors are the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicle in for a service and are responsible for selling labour hours, accurately recording vehicle faults and obtaining authority and payments for repairs. Applicants must therefore have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Service knowledge would be an advantage along with good computer skills, above all, a high level of enthusiasm along with an acute attention to detail needs to be delivered by the applicant to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you reach the standards we expect to enable you to progress within the Group.
