Registered Manager required to oversee a learning disabilities and complex needs service in Hove, East Sussex with a prominent provider for adults with disabilities, autism and mental health conditions.

My client is looking for a skilled and self-motivated Service Manager or Registered Manager to join as the Service Manager for a supported living service based in Hove for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions.

Your role will involve managing CQC regulated supported living services for adults with disabilities, line management of qualified support workers, leading on all compliance matters including CQC, safeguarding and health and safety delivering high quality person centred care.

We are looking for a proven Service or Registered Manager specifically within adults learning disabilities or autism services. Someone who has managed either residential homes or supported living and has strong knowledge of working with vulnerable adults.

To be considered as Service Manager, you must have

* NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care

* QCF Level 5 or NVQ Level 4

* Experience working with adults with learning disabilities

* CQC service management experience or supervisory experience
